To ease the decision to hire us, we give the client the sole discretion to terminate our relationship at any time during the consulting process. 2. How many senior consultants will be assigned to my project?
When the business analysis is complete, the senior analyst will outline the following:
- Recommendations required to fix the areas of concern
- All resources required to complete the consulting service
- The cost associated with the consulting service
- The manpower(senior consultants) required to complete the work
- The number of consultants assigned to your project depends on the size of your company and the amount of work required.
