2. How many senior consultants will be assigned to my project?
When the business analysis is complete, the senior analyst will outline the following:
- Recommendations required to fix the areas of concern
- All resources required to complete the consulting service
- The cost associated with the consulting service
- The manpower(senior consultants) required to complete the work
- The number of consultants assigned to your project depends on the size of your company and the amount of work required.
